Laura

Laura’s passion is helping others find a balance in life to become the healthiest versions of themselves. She is a Registered Dietitian who believes that “all foods fit.”

Laura has extensive experience in clinical nutrition, including cardiac and diabetes management. She focuses on food as medicine to improve the client’s A1c, lipids, and overall lab results. In addition to her clinical background, Laura enjoys helping clients overcome kitchen boredom regarding meal planning by using That Clean Life™, a healthy recipe database. With That Clean Life™, she helps clients create healthy, nutritious recipes packed with flavor and easy to make. Laura also conducts body composition analysis with Inspire Nutrition’s InBody 570™ machine.

Growing up as an athlete, Laura learned to use food as fuel, which led her to a career of helping others view and use food in a positive, healthy way. Her passions include nutrition counseling, exercising, and motivating others. Laura eagerly uses her nutrition knowledge, experience, and compassion to guide individuals toward a healthy lifestyle.

Described as honest and non-judgmental, Laura understands that life happens. She understands that everyone’s version of a “healthy lifestyle” is unique to them, as individuals, based on both their daily life and their personal health goals. Laura’s engaging, upbeat personality makes her easy to talk to and encourages her client’s to be accountable to attain their goals.

Laura received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Scranton. She received her Master’s degree in Nutrition from Marywood University. In addition, she completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics from Sodexo. Laura is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

In her free time, Laura enjoys hiking, working out, baking and yoga. In addition, Laura loves gathering with family and friends to enjoy good food and trying new restaurants. Laura resides in Hatboro, PA, with her husband and two children.
