Brianna Manginelli MS, CNS, LDN

Brianna is a Licensed and Certified Nutrition Specialist (C.N.S.) trained in Functional Nutrition with a let food be thy medicine philosophy. She considers all aspects of her client's lives when helping them achieve their health goals. Brianna provides guidance and support in helping individuals figure out a pattern of eating that enables them to feel their very best both physically and emotionally.

Brianna believes in treating the whole person through a personalized wellness plan. She analyzes a person's genetic and health history from birth, their lifestyle factors and events that serve as potential triggers for current health imbalances.

By utilizing her listening and problem-solving skills, Brianna identifies her client's issues, then treats their underlying system imbalances through a thorough health intake process and functional testing, when warranted. Specialties include digestive dysfunction, fatigue, weight loss inhibition, chronic conditions, dyslipidemia, inflammation, pain, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes and food intolerance.

Brianna achieved an MS in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health and worked under highly esteemed Ph.D. and D.C.N. nutrition professors at the largest Natural Healthcare facility in New Jersey. Additionally, she practiced functional nutrition at the Holistic Healing Center in New Hope, PA where she utilized various modalities including nutrigenomics and functional testing to optimize client's health.

Brianna holds a BA in Family & Child Psychology which further allows her to understand the emotional connection to food and lifestyle-related behaviors. Additional experience includes conducting Health Risks Assessments at a Medically Certified Health Club, and as a Functional Medicine Consultant in the Nutraceutical field where she earned a Dietary Supplement Specialist certification (D.S.S.).

In her free time, you can find Brianna with her family outdoors, hiking, kayaking, playing tennis, soaking up the sun and sand, listening to nutrition podcasts, and practicing yoga/meditation.
