As a Registered Dietitian, Katie wants to help people be the best version of themselves through healthy nutrition. She enjoys helping others achieve “food freedom” and not be defined by issues they may have surrounding eating.

Katie has extensive experience in providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and education to help prevent and manage chronic disease. She evaluates and addresses abnormal clinical lab results and then designs a path for her clients to address markers such as elevated HbA1c (diabetes), hypertension, elevated lipids like cholesterol, vitamin deficiencies and other abnormalities. Her focus is on evaluating and achieving a healthy gut and microbiome for sustained weight loss, optimum digestive health and cognitive clarity.

While developing her nutrition counseling skills, Katie worked in diverse environments including corporate locations where she implemented employee wellness programs. She also enjoys providing education in a group format or facilitating a balanced weight management program. In addition, Katie received clinical experience from work at a specialty care nursing facility.

Kind and caring, Katie is known as trustworthy and non-judgmental. She is relatable and practices what she teaches in her own life. As a self-described “foodie,” Katie loves to cook and experiment with different cultural cuisines.

Katie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition at Immaculata University. Katie is a member of the Philadelphia Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Long-distance running is a big part of Katie’s life. She practices yoga and enjoys cooking, hiking, reading and traveling. A Bucks County native, Katie currently lives with her family and dog in Doylestown, PA
