Meet Kristen: Founder | RDN, LDN | Offering In-Person or Virtual Nutrition Therapy

Kristen is a Registered Dietitian and the practice owner with over 20 years of experience helping women break free from diet culture and build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food. She takes a whole-food, evidence-based approach—free of fads and gimmicks—to support lasting wellness.
Specializing in intuitive eating, hormone balance, gut health, and women’s wellness, Kristen integrates functional, psychological, and clinical nutrition to help clients feel their best—without guilt or restriction.
Her compassionate, weight-inclusive philosophy emphasizes listening to your body, building self-trust, and redefining health on your own terms. As a wife and mom of two, Kristen understands the real-life challenges of self-care and brings empathy, insight, and lived experience to every session.
She also offers a faith-based approach to whole-body health, supporting not just the body, but the mind and soul.

Meet Laura: MS, RDN, LDN | Offering In-Person or Virtual Nutrition Therapy

Laura is a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping others achieve balanced and healthy lifestyles. With a background in clinical nutrition—specializing in cardiac and diabetes care—she uses a food-as-medicine approach to improve lab outcomes such as HbA1c and lipid levels.
Drawing on her expertise, Laura focuses on preventing and managing chronic conditions while guiding clients to make meal planning easy, flavorful, and personalized.
A former athlete, Laura brings energy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude to every nutrition counseling session. She believes in a flexible, individualized approach where all foods have a place.
In her free time, she enjoys baking, being outside and exploring new restaurants.

Meet Kristina:  MS, RDN, LDN  | Offering In-Person or Virtual Nutrition Therapy

Kristina is  a registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience, including nearly 8 years working with dialysis and renal patients. Her passion lies in helping people feel strong, healthy, and confident through realistic, sustainable nutrition.
She believes food should be both delicious and nourishing—no gimmicks, fads, or quick fixes. Whether you're working toward body composition changes, managing a health condition, or just looking to eat better, she will help you build habits which fit your everyday life.
From practical tips to fun, family-friendly meal ideas, Kristina's goal is to make healthy eating simple, enjoyable, and long-lasting.

Meet Deborah: MS, RDN, LDN | Offering In-Person or Virtual Nutrition Therapy

Deborah is a plant-based Registered Dietitian who helps active individuals and endurance athletes fuel their performance and health with sustainable, intuitive eating habits. She takes a weight-inclusive, non-judgmental approach to nutrition, meeting clients where they are and helping them build a positive relationship with food.
With degrees in Anthropology, Global Development, and Nutrition, Deborah brings a global perspective to her work. She has experience in clinical care, field research in Ghana, and years of coaching athletes of all levels—from 5K beginners to Ironman finishers.
A passionate endurance athlete herself, Deborah empowers clients to use food as fuel, overcome barriers, and thrive in both sport and life. She enjoys spending time with her family and senior dog, and can often be found running trails or creating plant-powered meals in the kitchen.
